The service

Hope is a Windows desktop application that provides an overlay with notes and an AI chat assistant. Access tiers are described on our Pricing page.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. One account may have one active overlay session at a time — if you sign in on a second device while already signed in elsewhere, the first session must be closed before the second can start.

Payments

Plans are one-time purchases that unlock access for a fixed period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) from the moment they're activated. They do not renew automatically and do not charge you again without a new purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the application, or to circumvent its license or payment verification.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or third-party outages (including our hosting or payment providers) may occasionally affect availability.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
